about us

Who We Are

We proudly advance sustainable development for the Central Coast by uniting leaders to shape key regional priorities.

Driven by a team of passionate local and industry leaders, the Central Coast Leadership Forum serves as the region’s primary civic engagement, research, and advancement organisation. By addressing the key issues that matter most to the region the Forum provides regional leaders, stakeholders, and communities with the opportunity to shape policy decisions and realise a unique vision for the Central Coast.

The Forum leverages the best expertise of community leaders to promote a better Central Coast in an independent and non-partisan manner. Our priorities are the communities, and the Forum works to identify strategic opportunities for the public and private sectors to work together to meet these priorities for a better regional future.

Our Region

We position the Coast for Growth by unlocking its potential

Our Growing Region

Nestled between Australia’s foremost economic hub (Sydney), and the nation’s seventh largest city (Newcastle), the Central Coast encompasses New South Wales’ fastest growing corridor, with over 404,250 people set to call the region home by 2036.

With strategic centres in Gosford, Erina, Tuggerah and Wyong, the Central Coast is uniquely positioned to take advantage of our diverse population settings, and to engage directly with a variety of different communities, each with their own industries and social dynamics.

The Central Coast Leadership Forum unites key stakeholders across government, business, and industry to leverage the economic and social potential of the region and forge the Central Coast’s identity as a forward-looking, gateway city.
